Each time you come through the door, a coach will lead your child through your workout.
BT has been attending classes at Playwell Performance this summer. We have seen great improvements not only in her coordination, power, balance and speed but also in her overall Athletic performance. All of these things play an imperative role in taking her to the next level in sports. Coach Kent and his staff do an excellent job with all of their training classes, teaching kids the correct movements to not only train properly but also develop in order to succeed in athletics!
