We meet with you 1:1 to learn about your goals, injuries, history, etc. We call that a Success Session. From there, you sign up for sessions in our app as your schedule allows, ideally 2-3 times per week. The coach will take it from there. You show up and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll guide you through your workout.
We design a routine for you in 4-week training blocks. Within the week there will be a different workout to keep it varied, but you’ll repeat the workouts a few times in the cycle so that we can practice good repetitions and track progress. If it’s always different, we can’t track improvement. Clients find it’s a good mix of variety, yet certainty of what to expect over time.
Our workouts are 50 minutes. Designed to get our work done so you can get back to work or get the kids on to their next activity
No. We have our own app where you can schedule your sessions. You can come use the cardio or recovery equipment during our open hours.
You certainly can but you are not committed to any certain times. We offer multiple session times throughout the week and you can book in to whichever times best fit your schedule each week.
We recommend 2-3 x a week to get the results you are looking for but do offer 1x a week training for those busy schedule families.
Personal training in a small group. You will get your own workout lead by a coach with up to 5 other people in your group. We personalize each routine to the individual. Will you see similar equipment? Sure. But it’s not the equipment that makes PWP special, it’s the coaching, accountability, and community.
We pride ourself in modifying our exercises based off our individuals goals and past history. Our programs are designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
We break our kids into age appropriate groups to give them the proper training according to where they are in their development. We utilize the latest research to work on speed, strength, agility, coordination and overall athleticism to help improve performance on the field and decrease risk of injury.
We train ALL sports! We work with both male and female athletes to help them improve their performance in all sports.
We have a range of memberships that bill every 4 weeks. Our memberships range based on how many sessions you want to use per month, and how long you commit to. Once we know your goals and schedule we can recommend a membership for you.
We have over 50 sessions per week, with multiple coaches running sessions all day long. We start at 4:30am and go until 7:00pm during the week, with sessions all throughout the day. We also have time on Saturday and Sundays.
We have the state of the art equipment. But we don’t offer open access where you can come and go as you please. We require all our clients to schedule their workouts on our app, that way all of their workouts are with a coach so they can be fully supported at each and every visit.
We offer cardio equipment, sauna, a cold plunge and recovery tools such as Normatec compression boots and vibrating heat patches. These can be used any time by our members. Enjoy showers on site if needed after a great workout.
